Maja Salvador has this reaction to her supporting role to Janella Salvador
Kapamilya actress Maja Salvador reacted to the tag that she is “supporting lang” to Janella Salvador in the new primetime series The Killer Bride.
Showbiz fans have witnessed the growth of Maja in the entertainment industry. Aside from her superb talent on the dance floor, she was able to mark her name as one of the effective drama actresses in ABS-CBN. Many loved how she portrayed her bida-kontrabida role in the defunct series Wildflower.
The recent stint of Maja is The Killer Bride that features the tandem of Janella Salvador and Joshua Garcia. In the series, Maja’s character, Camilla dela Torre, was only scene in the first three episodes when it started airing last August 12. After that, she only had minimal appearance.
During the recent press conference for the series, Maja was asked about the “supporting role” she did for Janella. The older actress said that she does not mind it. “I don’t mind it kung maging support ako, Kasi maganda ang kwento ng The Killer Bride,” she said.
She added that there are times that an actor does not need to choose a role. For Maja, she is willing do her part for the series no matter how big or small her role is. The actress-dancer also said that it is time now for Janella to shine.
“Masaya ako for Janella kasi sabi ko nga, it’s her time to shine, time naman niya ngayon,” Maja Salvador said. She also said that she is excited to see what the younger actress will offer to everyone, based on the article from Philippine Entertainment Portal.
