Paolo Ballesteros confirmed his gender preference
Eat Bulaga host Paolo Ballesteros confirmed his gender preferene which is contrary to his answers in previous interviews regarding this matter.
Paolo is also known as a makeup transformation artist and this added to the speculations regarding her true gender orientation. His face has become a canvas of his painting as he imitates the faces of popular personalities in the Philippines and abroad.
It has been rumored for several times that he has a boyfriend. For several times also, his co-host in the Kapuso noontime show teased him about this. However, there was no direct statement from him. Based on the report from Philippine Entertainment Portal, Paolo used to divert the topic when he was asked about his gender preference and there were times that he would indirectly address this.
Finally, during a recent interview during the grand press conference for his movie The Panti Sisters, the actor-host answered directly. He said that he is what the people see on him and he does not want to make a big fuss out of it.
“Naka-swimsuit na nga, ‘no, ano pa bang kailangan?” he said. Paolo Ballesteros added, “Siyempre, nene pa ako nun, now, I’m a lady!”
When asked what he feels now that he confirmed his gender preference, the EB Dabarkad said that he can now freely move according to his choice. He also said if people talked about this aspect of his life, he did not get affected in the past but somehow he still thought about it. However, now, Paolo said that his apprehensions were gone.
Meanwhile, he admitted that his relationship with Kenneth Gabriel Concepcion only lasted for three months. “Three! Charing, sinagot din,” the actor-host exclaimed, based on the report.
