BB Gandanghari Appears In Netflix Series ‘Glow’
BB GANDANGHARI – Filipino transgender actress BB Gandanghari expressed her excitement over her appearance in Netflix show ‘Glow.’
Pinoy Big Brother former housemate BB Gandanghari is the brother of the famous action star Robin Padilla. He’s currently in the United States to pursue his dreams to become a Hollywood actress.
During her years living in the US, BB admitted that she experienced discrimination.
In 2017, BB Gandanghari became one of the talents of ‘The Brogan Agency.’ It is a California-based- talent agency that represents commercial, tv, movie, and theater actors.
On March this year, BB got hospitalized after she was violently attacked by her co-workers. She also took the opportunity to share awareness about workplace “bullying.” The 52-year-old Filipino actress shared a photo of her wearing a hospital wristband. The photo flooded with reactions from concerned netizens.
A few months later, BB announced that she became part of a famous tv series in the US, Glow.
The Netflix series which debuted in 2017, is a story of a group of women who are performing for a wrestling organization in LA in the year 1980s.
BB Gandanghari appeared on the 8th episode of Glow’s 3rd season. She’s portraying the role of a fortune teller named “Patricia.” She shared a scene with one of the series’ main actors, Alison Brie who plays “Ruth Wilder.”
The Pinay actress can’t help but express her excitement in her Instagram account.
