Former Actress Rica Peralejo Confirms Her Father Died
RICA PERALEJO – Former actress Rica Peralejo confirmed that her father died a week before they are set to meet abroad.
One of the actresses who are no longer active in the Philippines entertainment industry now is former actress Rica Peralejo. Meanwhile, despite her showbiz hiatus, many won’t surely forget the actress.
Rica worked on several movies including Paano Na Kaya, Caregiver, Dilim, Malikmata, Banyo Queen, Sa Huling Paghihintay, Mula Sa Puso, T.G.I.S., and Takot Ka Ba Sa Dilim. Most of her films are with Viva and Star Cinema.
Despite the showbiz hiatus of the former actress, her fans and supporters are updated about her life. It is because she is one of the Filipino celebrities who is active on social media and generously shares her life events.
Recently, through a post on her Instagram account, Rica Peralejo confirmed that her father died. Sadly, they were supposedly set to meet in California next week.
Based on her post, it was in August 6 when her dad passed away. It has been a habit of the former actress to visit her dad who is based abroad in every milestone of her life.
She visited her father abroad before her wedding and when she gave birth to Philip, her first-born with her husband Joseph Bonifacio. She planned to bring Manu, her new-born son, with her on her visit to her dad next week.
“I always wanted to show him the faithfulness of God in his life by the increase of his family,” she stated.
According to Rica, she is in disbelief that her father is now gone. She stressed that he always survives his complications. Meanwhile, the former actress acknowledged that her dad is now “free from pains”.
