Ingredients To Prepare:

  • 1 kilo pork intestines (Use ruffled fat)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of sea salt
  • 6 cups of water
  • 1 cup of white vinegar
  • 4 cups of vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon of whole peppercorns

How to Prepare:

Step 1 – Place the salt and vinegar in one bowl and then the pork intestines. Rub the pork intestines and rinse it using water.

Step 2 – Add water, salt, and whole peppercorn in a pot. Add the port intestines and allow it to boil until it is tender. Simmer it for thirty(30) to forty-five(45) minutes.

Step 3 – Remove the pork from the pot and then cut it into small pieces.

Step 4 – Put some vegetable oil in a wok based on the article. Fry each pork intestine until its color turns golden brown and it is crispy.

Step 5 – Season your chicharon with salt and serve it. You may have it with vinegar or a spicy dip on the side.
