Apple iOS 13 Fifth Beta Allows Users To Customize App Icon Size

APPLE – The Apple company recently made the fifth beta version of their opeating systems iOS and iPadOS to customize the app icon size.

Previously, the company faced an issue where their laptop the MacBook Pro were recalled for safety measures due to their risk on causing battery fire.

Older versions of the laptop was reported to have the same issue where they have the tendency to overheat and soon cause fire.

The company said that they have not heard of any report about damages in the device or injuries caused by the defect. They, however, urged the users to stop using the laptop immediately.

Recently, they fixed an issue where users cannot enlarge or shrink their app icon size via the newly-released iOS 13 5th beta version.

According to Inquirer, users back then are unable to change the size of their Home screen app icons on iPads, iPod Touches, or iPhones. Developers recently announced that they consider the customization of the icon size with their newly-released iOS13 and iPadOS.

The beta version, for the first time , will allow users to enlarge or shrink the size of the app icons, thus, making room for 30 apps to fit in a single page, or a room of 20 if they choose to enlarge the icons.

As per the report, as of now, this version is being tested for iPads. Whether or not the iPhones will have the same feature remains unclear.

As per the report, the beta also features new background options, volume levels, and a more personalized and easy-to-use user interface (UI) in the Home App. The owners will expect to access the final version of the OS this fall.
