Netizens slammed Matteo Guidicelli due to his statement about getting married
Kapamilya actor-singer Matteo Guidicelli received negative comments from netizens because of his statement about getting married with girlfriend Popstar Princess Sarah Geronimo.
The couple has been together for sevveray years and their fans are already anticipating them to tie the knot soon.
However, fans also know that Sarah’s mother, Mommy Divine Geronimo, is strict when it comes to her career and relationship.
It can be recalled that the unreleased episode of Gandang Gabi Vice with Sarah as the guesy went controversial. Netizens who appeared to be members of the audience during the taping shared that Mommy Divine did not like how her daughter answered questions about Matteo.
With this, many are hoping that they would get married soon.
The recent incident that the question about getting married was raised to Matteo was when he guested in Tonight with Boy Abunda.
Tito Boy asked him when will they tie the knot. The singer-actor said “in perfect time”. However, he admitted that the topic about getting married has crossed their conversations once in a while.
Then, the TV host asked him why the wedding is still not happening when they can still do their showbiz stints even if they get married. Matteo Guidicelli threw the question to Sarah Geronimo as he said, “di ba, love?”
He even said to Boy Abunda, “Tito Boy, talk to Sarah.”
These received negative comments from netizens on a popular showbiz site.
Several netizens said that Matteo is the one who is not ready yet to settle down. Some pointed out that he is just pretending that is the one who is not ready while others questioned why Matteo had to pass to Tito Boy the responsibility to ask the question to Sarah.
