Kathryn Bernardo Gave Her First Impression To Alden Richards
KATHRYN BERNARDO – “Mature, but fun” this is the first impression actress Kathryn Bernardo gave on actor Alden Richards in the film “Hello, Love, Goodbye”.
Previously, they both shared their first scene experience, noting how pairing with another from a different love team feels “weird, too weird”.
The first scene of the pair happens to be the first shoot in the film and at the same time, the first encounter of their characters Ethan and Joy.
Cathy Garcia-Molina intentionally made them do the scene to see what they are capable of as a pair.
Recently, in two separate morning shows from two separate networks, Kathryn shared her first impression on Alden Richards.
A report from ABS-CBN recently states that she said that in a story conference, Alden was “mature, like, seniorly mature”.
She further added in an interview in GMA’s Unang Hirit that she heard the conversation from her mother and director Cathy asking if Alden was really mature. She agreed and said mature, but fun.
In Umagang Kay Ganda, Kathryn said that she felt nervous when knoowing that she would pair with the Kapuso actor since they were both strangers to each other.
Kathryn further admitted that she doesn’t know how to approach Alden. Eventually, for Kathryn, it went well because of the support from Cathy; actors Joross Gamboa and Jeffrey Tam, and the crew due to the warm and positive vibes that they gave.
As per the report, Aldenn said he has seen Kathryn a few times during awards and events before but never got a chance to personally approach her. Alden further added that it wasn’t difficult working with the crew since they just let Alden do his work.
The actor also gave his first impression on Kathryn, saying that at first he thought she was quiet. His impression changed when they got to work together.
The film is set to show on July 31.
