There are different types of teas and all of which are undeniably beneficial to everyone – to the skin and to our overall health. But there are these particular types which is meant to give us a flawless and healthy skin!

  • Chai Black Tea – This is a combination of black tea, ginger, and other spices which are used to aid skin prone to acne. They have herbs that improves the swelling and dryness.
  • Earl Grey Black Tea – It is high in potassium which will keep you hydrated. Also, it has high levels of catechin which is good for oral infections and its fluoride content will combat our teeth against cavities and tooth decay.
