The 63-year-old celebrity has worked and a close friend of the Queen of All Media Kris Aquino.
Boy Abunda is considered one of the most influential personalities in the country. In fact, he hosted several tv shows at the Kapamilya network.
Tito Boy is among the openly gay celebrities and has been in a relationship with Elmer “Bong” Quintana since 1983.
Recently, Boy Abunda made an effort to show support to the celebration of Pride Month for the LGBTQ community in the Philippines.
The talk show host painted the gate of his house with rainbow colors, which represent the gay community.
The Kapamilya host shared a photo of his house in Quezon City that came with an inspiring caption:
“Living with me inside this home are my PROUD Nanay who is bravely battling old age dementia, my hardworking lesbian niece who is PROUDLY taking care of all of us, my partner Bong who is PROUDLY making all of us laugh when life becomes too painful and all others who PROUDLY love us, our neighbors and themselves.”
ABS-CBN reporter MJ Felipe also shared some photos of the paintings in Boy Abunda’s house on Twitter.
