Air Canada’s Lady Passenger Falls Asleep & Wakes Up Alone Inside Plane
A lady passenger of Air Canada falls asleep during the flight and woke up alone in a dark, parked plane after ground staff forgot her.
Air Canada’s Facebook page has posted the story of Tiffani Adams, which garnered various reactions from the online community.
The airline posted that Adams fell asleep during her flight from Quebec to Toronto Pearson International Airport.
Tiffani woke up inside the dark and parked plane after the other passengers and crew had leave the aircraft.
“I’m trying to focus on my breathing and control my panic attack while I attempt to charge my phone by plugging into every USB port I could find,” Adams said.
The woman tried to call a friend but her phone’s battery died and even attempted to plug her phone into the USB port but the electricity inside the plane has been already cut off.
Adams found a torch and used it to find the exit door but she faced a drop of up to 15 meters to get out of the aircraft.
A luggage cart driver saw Adams’ legs hanging out of the plane’s doorway and call for help to rescue the woman.
Air Canada issued an apology regarding the incident but refused to give further details or information.
