President Rodrigo Duterte Made A Statement Last Wednesday Warning His Daughter
DUTERTE – Being in office for almost three years, after winning the last presidential election, President Rodrigo Duterte shares his experience.
Yesterday, during the 121st celebration to commemorate the Philippine’s freedom from foreign colonizers. President Duterte gave a message for his countrymen.
Another message he wanted to put through was for his daughter, the current Davao City Mayor – Sara Duterte-Carpio who seems to be following his tracks as a politician.
Speaking in his dialect, the president raised caution for her daughter, telling her not to follow his footsteps.
Due to the massive amount of problems he had to deal with during his reign as president for almost 3 years, he says he regretted running for president.
He made the revelation and warned his daughter in his statement:
“I regret that I became president. That’s why I told Inday Sara, don’t try it.”
However, back in February, the Davao City mayor – also presidential daughter – Sara Duterte-Carpio said she is not putting down the possibility of her placing bid for the presidential position in the next elections.
Even until now, President Duterte is still on the search for plausible solutions for the “insurmountable” problems that came with his decision to run for president.
Another revelation he made was that the rampant corruption is till one of the biggest problems that country has to deal with.

President Duterte was in Cagayan De Oro to take an oath with the local candidates who won the recent elections.
Before that, he went to Malaband in Lanao del Sur to participate in the 121st celebration of the PH Independence Day.
