Peter Joemel Advincula alias “Bikoy” Did Not Attend Estafa Case Hearing

Peter Joemel Advincula alias “Bikoy” did not attend the preliminary hearing of the estafa case filed against him.

One of the most controversial personalities now is Peter Joemel Advincula. He claimed that he is Bikoy, the man in the controversial videos linking the Dutertes to drugs.

After a while, Bikoy took the spotlight again and altered his initial claims. He cleared the family of President Rodrigo Roa Duterte from his initial allegations and tagged the Liberal Party as the group behind his move.

The members of the opposition were quick to deny Bikoy’s allegations. Vice Pres. Leni Robredo even stressed that she does not know the man.

Previously, alias ‘Bikoy’ was rushed to the Philippine National Police (PNP) Hospital. His blood pressure spiked following his claims.

A day after he was brought to PNP Hospital, alias Bikoy was released. He posted bail over the pending estafa case against him and walked as a free man.

Recently, an update regarding him crossed the surface.

Based on an article on GMA News, Peter Joemel Advincula alias Bikoy did not attend the preliminary hearing of the estafa case against him.

Businessman Arven Valmores of the Ardeur World Marketing Corp. has accused him of using the name of his company in promoting a beauty pageant held in Albay in August.

According to the Ardeur Company’s president and CEO, Advincula did not pay the production staff and the winners of the event and just disappeared. He allegedly had to pay Php 304,000.00 to protect the name of his company.

Based on the report, Bureau of Corrections Chief Benjamin delos Santos expressed that not even a lawyer has come to the hearing to represent Peter Joemel Advincula.

On June 4, another hearing in line with the case is set.
