Here’s the reaction of Gary Valenciano to the controversial post of Jimmy Bondoc

Mr. Pure Energy Gary Valenciano reacted to the controversial post of PAGCOR official Jimmy Bondoc regarding the impending close down of the biggest TV network.

The Facebook post of Jimmy created a loud buzz and captured the attention of many netizens. Several showbiz personalities also expressed their reactions such as The General’s Daughter actress Angel Locsin, ABS-CBN executive Deo Endrinal, and It’s Showtime director Bobet Vidanes.

Even Kapuso journalist Atom Araullo showed support to his former network amid the issue.

Behind the criticisms that the PAGCOR official received, he continues to stress out that what he attacks the system and not the individuals working in the network which he did not name.

Gary Valenciano was also asked to react about this during a recent interview. He said that he was surprised upon knowing about the post of Jimmy Bondoc.

Nakakabigla. I knew it would create a lot of waves,” he said in the video from ABS-CBN reporter MJ Felipe.

The singer-dancer also said that there might be a triggering factor that pushed the appointed government official to say what he have said.

Mr. Pure Energy added that he knew Jimmy for a long time now and what he saw just recently is far from the Jimmy he saw.

“Maybe someday if I sit down with Jimmy, I can ask him sincerely, ‘bro what have drove you to say these things,” Gary said.

He also said that if there are really actual stories, then, he would also do what Angel said – to do a proper complaint.
