Netizen cries foul for alleged “bastos” staff of bus company, calls out to LTFRB and Daet bus company
Netizen Lovely Rivera called out the attention of Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) and DLTB BUS CO. in Daet, Camarines Norte for its alleged “bastos” staff.
Rivera took to Facebook her grievance against the bus driver and conductor of the said transportation company.
She said that the incident happened last May 19 in Daet as she and her friends were heading back to Manila.

The staff of the bus company told them that they are fully booked from May 19 to 21. Rivera and her friends expressed willingness to be chance passengers just to get home for their work the following day.
When a bus came at about 8:30 PM, again they plead to the staff to let them ride. However, as they were pleading the staff let a lady wearing a short dress ride the bus.
One of Rivera’s friend asked the bus conductor about it in a light mood. Allegedly, the answer was “ang pinapasakay lang kasi namin yung mga naka pek-pek shorts”.
They let that pass even though they felt that was demeaning. Then, the time came when the conductor let them ride but told them that they had to stand.

Rivera and her friends asked even for a small bench so that they can sit. According to her, the answer of the driver and conductor was: “kung ayaw niyong tumayo humiga kayong lima sa sahig, tapos hihigaan ko kayo” sumabat naman yung driver at sabi “yung isa dito sa tabi ko, at yung isa dito” tapos tinuturo niya yung lap niya!”
Because of this, they just got out of the bus and the netizens was able to capture a photo of the bus driver and conductor.
She called out the attention of LTFRB and the DLTB BUS Company to address this issue.
