WEATHER UPDATE – The state climate authority PAGASA announce the freshest and the most recent climate report in the nation for today.
On Saturday (May 18, 2019), the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) detailed the conceivable climate condition.

Possible rain showers are expected across the country this weekend.
For the upcoming days, Saturday and Sunday (May 18 and 19, 2019) weather forecast have shown possibilities of light rain showers in some regions across the country and a few intense rainfall in some regions in Western Visayas and Mindano.
Specifically, In Luzon, Palawan and Mindoro will experience rainfall throughout the day and the rest of the area will also experience frequent thunderstorms in the afternoon.
The heat index in Metro Manila is expected to hit 41 to 42 degrees Celsius.
Rainfall is also expected across Western Visayas throughout the day, all of Visayas in the afternoon would also experience some rain. For Sunday forecast, there is no expected rainfall in the morning but there could thunderstorms in the afternoon.

In Mindanao, rain is expected in Zamboanga Peninsula and Sulu Archipelago by Saturday morning. Also expect rain in the rest of the Mindanao region by afternoon.
There is no expected rainfall in the morning for Mindanao on Sunday, but prepare for the rainy climate in the afternoon, except in CARAGA Region.
