HOME SWEETIE HOME – The pilot episode of the revamped Kapamilya sitcom Home Sweetie Home received mixed reactions from netizens.
The lead actress of the Kapamilya situational comedy show Home Sweetie Home, Toni Gonzaga, bids goodbye to John Lloyd Cruz’ character.
Cruz’ character left the show to focus on his personal life with his partner Ellen Adarna.
“I’m alone but not lonely, kaya so long ex dahil solo na ako… So longganisa,” said Toni.
In a previous article, Toni Gonzaga will still be the lead actress of the show but with new casts and new location.
The new cast of the sitcom includes Vhong Navarro, Alex Gonzaga, Fumiya Sankai, Luis Manzano, Direk Edgar Mortiz, Bayani Agbayani, and Yamyam Gucong.
The first episode of the revamped Kapamilya show was aired last Saturday, May 11, 2019. The title was changed into “Home Sweetie Home: Extra Sweet.”
Toni Gonzaga’s new journey as “Julie” continues to entertain viewers along with the new characters of the program.
Her sister, Alex Gonzaga will be playing as her rich half-sister named “Mikee Montes.”
The pilot episode featured the social stereotypes, with Alex Gonzaga trying to deal with the ordinary or poor people.
