AIAI DELAS ALAS QUITS – The seasoned actress Aiai Delas Alas quits on Ex-Battalion and revealed how they would badly treat her as their manager.
In a press conference, the Kapuso star Aiai Delas Alas announced that she is giving up as the manager of the “Hayaan Mo Sila” hitmaker Ex-Battalion and expressed regrets of handling them because of their bad behavior.
“Wala naman akong pakielam sa private nilang buhay. Ang akin is ‘yung professionalism, and ‘yung how they treat people, how they treat me… Minsan walang respeto. Hindi nila ako sinusunod,” she said. Even her husband Gerald Sibayan was accordingly telling her to leave them because of the stress they are giving her but she asked for more time in hopes that they would still change.
“Actually matagal na dapat akong magre-resign. Nahihiya lang ako sa Viva kasi may film kami na lalabas. Since lumabas naman na yung film, okay na masabi ko na mag-quit ako,” Delas Alas further added.
“Lumapit sila sa akin para tulungan ko sila e. Tinulungan ko sila tapos hindi nila na-a-appreciate at saka wala silang respeto sa akin and they don’t trust me… Traumatized [ako sa kanila] kasi ‘yung stress hindi mo mababayaran eh. Yung parati kang kinakabahan.”
And now, if it ever happens for them to ask another chance from her, she firmly shook her head saying “No” and “Never while being emotional. She stressed their unprofessional when it comes to work and disrespect to her as their manager as often times, they would do their thing without her knowledge and some members would abandon some gigs just because they don’t want or needs to do something despite that fact that it was scheduled ahead.
