Korean actress Han Ji-sung died at the age of 28 last May 5 at about 3:52 a.m. due to a car accident in Gimpo.

Her career in the entertainment industry in South Korea started when she became a part of the K-Pop group B-Dolls. The all-girl group debuted back in 2010. Eventually, Han Ji-sung ventured into acting.

Based on the report from Manila Bulletin, the actress appeared in dramas such as “Second to Last Love” and “Happy Sisters,” and films “Moonlit Gymnastics 2015,” “SORI: Voice from the Heart” and “One Punch,” which was released last month. She got married last March.

According to reports, the accident happened along the Incheon International Airport Expressway on Monday. However, the incident was just reported in the Korean Media yesterday.

It was said that the Korean actress stopped her car in the middle of the expressway because her husband needed to urinate.

However, her husband told the police that he did not know why her wife parked the car in the middle of the expressway.

Korean TV news outlet YTN was able to obtain the black box video from a passing car. The video showed that the car of the actress was parked on the middle lane of the expressway and the hazard lights were on.

Then, a person was seen crossing the expressway and jumping over the guardrail while the Korean actress was inside the car bending over at the back.

That was the scenario before the accident occurred. Based on the report, Han Ji-sung died from injuries.

Authorities are still conducting investigations and will ask the autopsy from the National Institute of Scientific Investigation.
