Election Ballot Pre-Shaded w/ Magic Pen Exposed Online
The video footage exposing an election ballot, which was allegedly pre-shaded with a magic pen goes viral after it was posted on social media.
A few days before the 2019 midterm elections, political candidates are now busy on their campaign and making different strategies to win.
Unfortunately, there are political candidates who already used their power and influences to win the election.
Several candidates were manipulating the ballots to get a winning result and secure a position on the government.
Recently, the Facebook page RMN Tacloban has shared video footage exposing an election ballot pre-shaded with a magic pen.
In the video, it can be seen that the ballot has been already shaded with a magic pen that could only be seen using a flashlight.
However, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) explained that there is no truth to allegations that the official ballots for the 2019 elections have been pre-shaded.
“The ballots have QR codes, serial number, and precinct assignment. It was obviously a staged video because it doesn’t have those features. It was a waste because they already staged a video yet they used the wrong ballot prop,” Comelec Executive Director Jose Tolentino Jr. said.
