NBI Files Inciting To Sedition Raps VS Uploader Of Controversial “Real Narcolist” Videos
NBI – The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) filed an inciting to sedition complaint against the uploader “Real Narcolist” videos.
In a previous article, the uploader of the “Ang Totoong Narcolist” was finally arrested by the NBI.
The controversial video links President Duterte’s family members Paolo Duterte and Kitty Duterte to an illegal drugs syndicate.
Justice Department’s officer-in-charge, Atty. Charito Zamora confirmed the arrest of the uploader named Rodel Jayme for cyber libel.
“The guy that was arrested by the NBI was the one who uploaded the ‘Bikoy videos’ for cyber libel, not Bikoy himself,” said Zamora.
In a report, Vice President Leni Robredo asked if “Bikoy” can be admitted into a witness protection program.
The politician thought of searching for facts about the anonymous man’s claims on the video.
Based on a report from Inquirer, the NBI filed a sedition complaint against the man who shared the video on the internet.
The authorities brought Jayme to the Department of Justice for a thorough investigation. They then found out that the uploader was the administrator of Metrobalita.net.
The links of the controversial videos can be found on the said website.
According to the report, Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra and his team will continue the operation in searching for the people behind the controversial “Bikoy” videos.
NBI Director Dante Gierran said the cellphone and computer of Rodel Jayme will be subjected to forensic examination.
They were intrigued on a Facebook conversation of a certain Maru Xie and Maru Nguyen believe to be one person.
The NBI director said they red “Bikoy” and his team will be continuing their attack towards the government with the help of some personalities.
“There is continuity of their efforts to conduct their scurrilous libelous attacks against the Government”
“The conversation so revealed that these attacks are planned and with the backing from certain personalities,” he added.
Based on the report, the conversation also showed that Maru Nguyen told the uploaded that President Duterte is now being investigated by the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA).
