An Explosion Was Heard Inside Davao City Police Camp
EXPLOSION REPORTED – Earlier today, an explosion was heard inside the Davao City Police Camp.
In the past few months, there has been numerous reports about explosions in Mindanao. Just recently, there were reports of four explosions in the area. Read more about it here.
Meanwhile, Davao City Police spokesperson Police Officer Ma. Teresita Gaspan confirmed that an explosion took place right inside the Camp Dominggo Leonor at around 11am.
This is according to the news article from Inquirer. Based on the article,
Police Officer Ma. Teresita Gaspan told the Inquirer that the cause of the explosion is not yet determined but an investigation is on the way.
Davao City Fire Department Superintendent Virnalita Silagan also claimed that following the incident, firefighters responded quickly to the area where the explosion took place.
Report of the incident was posted on the Inquirer’s official Facebook page. Posted just 20+ minutes ago, the post already has 80+ comments and has been shared 30 times. It also had over 100 reactions.
