BPI Releases Holy Week 2019 Operating Schedule
The Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) has issued their operating schedule for Holy Week 2019 starting April 18 until April 21.
Most business establishment and government agencies were temporarily suspending their operations during Holy Week.
Companies usually cancel their operations to allow their employees to have enough time to observe the Lenten Season and commemorate the death and the resurrection of Lord Jesus Christ.
Banks are also close during the Lenten Season and some of their online transactions were unavailable.
Recently, BPI announced that all of their branches will be closed in observance of the Holy Week.
BPI, BPI Family Savings Bank, and BPI Direct Banko branches and kiosks nationwide will be closed starting April 18 (Maundy Thursday) to April 21 (Easter Sunday).
The regular bank operations will resume on April 22, 2019 (Monday).
