The Legendary Golfer Tiger Wood’s 15 Major Title Won On April 14

TIGER WOODS – The golfing legend won his 15th major title last April 14 (Sunday) after playing the Masters at Augusta National Golf Club in Georgia.

After recovering from an injury that almost ended his career, the American Golf Superstar made a comeback by winning the 83rd Masters and ending his 11-year major title drought.

Recently, Woods undergone spinal fusion surgery to ease his back pain. He was also involved in a scandal in 2009 and brought back under the spotlight after the spitting incident in 2011, where he spat on the ground a let out some swearing.

His won his first major title since the last time he won back in 2008 during the US Open.

Tiger Woods expressed his feeling towards his career return after the tragic incidents in his statement: “To have the opportunity to come back, it’s one of the biggest wins I’ve ever had for sure.”

He also revealed that, for a long time, he could barely walk, sleep or do anything. But he was overwhelmed with what happened recently.

Woods walked off of the 18th Green while loyal fans chant his name. He then embraced his mother, daughter and son. Just like he embraced his father Earl back in 1997 after winning his first major victory in 1997 Masters.

Woods eventually went home with $2.07 million dollars top prize and a green jacket to symbolize being a Masters winner.

After his fifth MAsteres win, Woods is now 3 titles close to Jack Nicklaus’ record of 18 major titles. And he is one Masters win away from the most Master title record held by Sam Snead.
