Here’s the Reason Why Jericho Rosales Wants To Stop Doing Soap Operas
JERICHO ROSALES – Prominent actor Jericho Rosales revealed that he wants to stop doing tv series.
Kapamilya actor Jericho Rosales is dubbed as the “Asian Drama King.” He is considered one of the most sought-after actors in the entertainment industry.
The 39-year-old actor gained a lot of fans young and old because of his charisma and manliness.
Jericho Rosales is one of the lead actors of the controversial romantic-drama soap opera ‘Halik.’ His co-stars are Yam Concepcion, Yen Santos, and Sam Milby.
Their successful tv series is about to have their finale. Recently, the main cast of the show had a thanksgiving presscon.
Based on a report from Philstar, Jericho Rosales disclosed that he will not do any tv series anymore.
“I’ve been working for a soap operas or TV shows for 23 years now… I don’t wanna do soaps anymore, and it is not a problem for me.”
“Do I want to stop TV? No. It’s time for me to challenge myself to create something new for myself. Hopefully, it works,” he added.
According to the report, Jericho Rosales clarified that he will not be leaving his career in the showbiz industry because it’s his passion.
“For now, I’ll be honest with you, I have to take a break, I have to do movies then come up with another TV show of a different kind.”
“Will I say goodbye to the fans? No. Will I say goodbye to the one I love the most, acting? No,” Jericho added.
Based on the report, Jericho explained that he just wanted to try something different to challenge himself.
“I just want to create something new and I want to challenge myself. If it doesn’t work? It’s my fault. Something in me is dying already, so I have to breathe new life in this career,” he said.
