Miguel Concepcion Explains Lawsuit Against Brother Gabby Concepcion
GABBY CONCEPCION – Younger brother of Gabby Concepcion, Miguel Concepcion explained the lawsuit against him.
Veteran actor Gabby Concepcion is the father of entrepreneur, actress, and singer KC Concepcion with his ex-wife Sharon Cuneta.
The 54-year-old actor is known for his movies Iisa Pa Lamang, My Only Love, and P.S. I Love You among others.
Gabby Concepcion made a headline after he was sued by his younger brother Miguel Concepcion.
In a report, the actor allegedly falsifies the documents of her mother Maria Lourdes Concepcion in order for him to sell the 890-sqm lot.
His brother learned about this issue after he arrived from the United State two months ago.
Based on a report from ABS-CBN, Miguel Concepcion have been trying to contact Gabby Concepcion but he still did not respond.
“Kung nakipag-usap lang siya sakin sa umpisa, then we wouldn’t even be here…”
“But that’s how it is, I’m just trying to put everything back together. I’m doing this for my mom and my other siblings,” he added.
According to the report, Miguel Concepcion’s lawyer explained that the actor allegedly transferred a portion of the lot owned by their mom to Gabby Concepcion and his other siblings.
“How could the mother execute a deed of absolute sale if she was not around?”
“If you look at the document itself there are a lot of things that would raise questions. In fact, the document as we discovered it did not contain signatures of witnesses. It’s just the mother, even the supposed buyers’ signatures are not present,” the lawyer added.
Based on the report, the mother of Gabby Concepcion was “very hesitant” and felt heartbroken about the lawsuit.
“I have very little to say about how we can proceed pero ang gusto ko lang talaga is maibalik lang, maayos lang”
“Baka kasi nakakalimutan niya, we’re a big family, we’re a family of six and hindi lang siya yung anak ng mga magulang ko. Baka nakalimutan lang niya he has to share whatever is ours,” Miguel added.
Hopefully, Gabby will reach out to his family and settle what’s need to be settled.
