Gabby Concepcion Sued By Brother After Selling Their Lot With “False Documents”

GABBY CONCEPCION – The veteran actor Gabby Concepcion sued by younger brother for selling their land reportedly using fake documents.

One of the veteran actors whose star remained shining and brighter through the years is Gabby Concepcion. He has a daughter with the Megastar Sharon Cuneta, also an actress and now an entrepreneur KC Concepcion.

He is famous for portraying roles in classic and remarkable projects such as Ika-Anim Na Utos, P.S. I Love You, Iisa Pa Lamang, White House, Tayong Dalawa, Una Kang Naging Akin, Pinulot Ka Lang Sa Lupa, Pati Ba Pintig Ng Puso, Dapat Ka Bang Mahalin, My Only Love, and many more.

Meanwhile, a report has recently hit the headlines online when his brother, Miguel Concepcion, sued him for allegedly falsifying documents in order to sell the 890-sqm lot owned by their mother Maria Lourdes Concepcion Arellano in San Juan City located at 3736 P. Guevarra St., in Barangay Addition Hills.

“Their mother was in the United States and could not have signed the documents nor appeared in front of the notary public as stated in the acknowledgement page submitted to the Land Registration Authority (LRA),” Miguel’s lawyer Tyrone Cimafranca said.

Miguel have reportedly learned about this matter after arriving from the US two months ago as he retired from his work in United States. He approached his brother about this but he was just ignored. Based on Manila Bulletin, the lot is currently rented by a school.

Moreover, the signatories were residents of San Juan but the notarization was done in Tagaytay to which the one who notarized was not listed in registry of attorney’s of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP)
