Cebu Pacific Warns Public From Fake Websites / Agents Selling Tickets Online

Cebu Pacific Reminds Public To Be Careful From Fake Websites / Agents Allegedly Sell Ticket Online

Cebu Pacific Airline is warning the public from fake websites and agents who are selling “promo tickets” online.

Most especially now that it is summer season in the Philippines, a lot of people are monitoring the seat sales of airlines to save money from travel tickets. One of the airlines that offer sales is Cebu Pacific.

The said airline has a lot of promos and seat sale offers for the public. Previously, it held a one-day sale on international destinations and then it was followed by a low base fare sale on domestic summer spots.

On April 10, Cebu Pacific also posted a snap sale covering the flights from Cebu, Clark, and Davao airports. Every good news undeniably sparks the excitement of a lot of people even more.

However, it seems that some people have bad intentions over the reality that a lot of people wanted to travel now. The airline recently posted an advisory about the fake sites and agents allegedly selling tickets online.

Based on a recent social media post on the Facebook page of Cebu Pacific, the airline is encouraging its community to remain watchful. Allegedly, fake websites and agents are selling “promo tickets” and offering other transactions online.

According to the airline, they are currently working with the authorities regarding the issue. The public is reminded to be careful in sharing their personal information online.

Also, Cebu Pacific encourages the public to continue notifying them about the fake websites and agents and as well as those pretending to be connected with CEB.

The airline stressed that their official contests, advisories, and announcements will strictly be posted on their official website and social media pages only.
