MRT-3 Offers P2P Rides for Filipino Commuters on Holy Week 2019
The Metro Rail Transit (MRT-3) was set to offer P2P rides for its valued passengers during the upcoming Holy Week closure.
On April 15-17, 2019 and April 20-21, 2019, MRT-3 will offer over 140 P2P buses every day to help the Filipino commuters affected by the annual maintenance shutdown of the train station.
The P2P buses would load and unload passengers in all MRT-3 station (Northbound and Southbound) from 5:00 am until 9:00 pm.
The station also announced that the charge when riding P2P buses are same with the fare matrix implemented by MRT-3.
The Department of Transportation (DOTr) and MRT-3 are hoping for a safe and peaceful trip for all the Filipino commuters during the train system maintenance.
The Bus Augmentation Program was a program of DOTr, MRT-3, MMDA, LTO, LTFRB, PNP-HPG, and i-ACT Alpha/Bravo teams.
