The Electronics Engineer Licensure Examination for this year 2019 was conducted by Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) Board of Electronics Engineering. Headed by its Chairman, Engr. Alnar L. Detalla and its constituents: Engr. Enrico Claro R. Delmoro and Engr. Herminio J. Orbe

Electronics Engineer Board Exam

The first schedule of ECE Board exam was administered on April 5, 2019 at the following branches of PRC Testing Centers:

  • Manila
  • Baguio
  • Cagayan de Oro
  • Cebu
  • Cebu
  • Davao
  • Legazpi

REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR ECE PASSERS:

Since March 30, 2016, the Philippine Regulatory Commission (PRC) strictly implements the online registration system for all board passers. Requiring them to register online via an online application and registration system by PRC at http://online.prc.gov.ph/.

REQUIREMENTS:

ECE Board Passers are required of the following for registration:

  • Notice of Admission (NOA) – for identification purposes
  • Duly accomplished Oath Form or Panunumpa ng Propesyonal
  • Passport-sized ID Photos in white background and with complete name tag (2 pieces)
  • Documentary Stamps (2 sets)
  • Short Brown Envelope (1 piece)

PRC also announced that ECE Board passers should be personally present to register and sign in the Roster of Registered Professionals.

The Electronics Engineee (ECE) Board Exam covers the following topics:

  • Mathematics
  • Electronics Engineering
  • General Engineering and Applied Sciences and,
  • Electronics Systems and Technologies.

RELEASE DATE:

PRC announced in its official Resolution No. 1127 series of 2018 that the release date of ECE Board Exam Results for 2019 will be posted on April 11, 2019. That is three ‘working’ days after the last day of the examinations.

Note that the calculated number of working days is with regards to the national holiday on April 9, 2019 or the “Araw ng Kagitingan”.

Furthermore, the ECE Board Exam results may be released earlier or later than the specified date without prior notice.
