Liza Soberano revealed the ‘Bagani’ actor who caused her injury

Kapamilya actress Liza Soberano revealed the Bagani actor who caused her injury which became the reason why she backed out from the Darna movie.

Just recently, the actress announced that she will not play the iconic Pinay superhero anymore due to the injury she got during the time when she was shooting for Bagani.

The actress tearfully apologized to her fans who anticipated her to do the most-awaited movie but got disappointed of what happened.

After the shocking announcement, ABS-CBN and Star Cinema continued to prepare for the Darna movie and the search for the next Pinay superhero started.

Apparently, Liza has already revealed who caused her injury during a previous interview.

Based on the YouTube video of LizQuen Amores, the actress said, “I got injured in the middle of the fight scene. Kasi when we were doing the scene, I guess we were really feeling it and medyo nagmamadali din kasi kami dahil umuulan and we have to get the scene before it starts raining.”

She added that they already practiced the scene but it seemed that their emotions took over and the accident happened.

“Accidents happen and natamaan ‘yung kamay ko nung sword,” she shared.

The Bagani actor she was referring was Justin Cuyugan who played as one of the villains in the Kapamilya fantasy series.
