Erwin Tulfo slams the controversial video of Jim Paredes
Broadcaster and popular TV and radio commentator Erwin Tulfo slammed the controversial video of veteran singer Jim Paredes.
Jim was trapped in a controversy when his “scandal video” circulated on social media and many netizens criticized him about this.
On the other hand, he received support from several celebrities in the Philippines.
In line with this, Erwin Tulfo expressed his thoughts about the controversy. He said on his program that Jim Paredes should have not recorded himself doing that kind of act.
The broadcaster also condemned other people who are doing malicious videos. For Tulfo, this kind of private activity should remain private and should not be recorded.
He also iterated that Jim must remind himself that “karma” is true. He was pointing out the criticisms of the singer to the present administration.
Tulfo added that the singer should not blame the administration why his private video circulated on social media.
“Wala naman si Duterte dun…ang sisisihin na naman ang administrasyon,” he said.
He, along with former Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson, stated that Jim Paredes should have remembered his fault first before attacking the government.
“Kailangan pa bang video ang mga gawain na yan ng mag-asawa?! Hindi na dapat i-video yan,” Erwin Tulfo said.
Meanwhile, he accepted the fact that Jim Paredes has expressed his apology regarding what happened. However, for the broadcaster, it was too late already.
