MARLO MORTEL ENCOUNTER – Here’s what happened when the Kapamilya singer and host Marlo Mortel disrupted by a drunk audience amid his performance.
Kapamilya host, actor, model, and singer is Marlo Mortel. Recently, he went through so much pain after losing the most important woman in his life, his mother, after battling cancer. Before his mom died, fellow singer Morissette Amon dedicated a song for her.
His mother fought a good fight battling Stage 4 breast cancer. Bidding goodbye from his mother, he wrote a tear-jerking message for his mother through an Instagram post, “Mommy. I can’t believe this is happening. I’m in so much pain. I don’t want to, but I have to let you go.”
Now, going on with his life, the actor continued his career in show business and as a famous personality being out in public, there are these unexpected moments where they meet different kinds of people. Mortel shared that among the incidents that made him scared while performing just recently happened when amid his performance, a drunk man went up the stage. The man did nothing only that his state under the influenced of the alcohol has alarmed everyone that even the authorities emerged up and took him away.
In a post, the Kapamilya artist shared, “I’ve had a few wild encounters during shows but this time I actually got scared. I didn’t know how to react, we were told that he was drunk. As performers, we put ourselves in a vulnerable postion everytime we go out. We genuinely want to make you guys happy but we do ask for a little bit of respect in return. Tao lang din po kami.”
