Young Man Who Fulfilled His Promise To Family Breaks Netizens’ Hearts
The tear-jerking story of a young man who fulfilled his promise to his family especial to his deceased father goes viral online.
A Facebook user named Reymark De Asis has shared his tear-jerking story of fulfilling his promise.
Remark was born and grew up from a poor family in the municipality of E.B. Magalona, Negros Occidental.
The newly-graduate student was the youngest among six siblings and he was the only child who was able to continue in college.
In 2010, his father Rogelio A. Arroyo suffered from sinusitis and tumor on his nose, so he underwent a surgical operation.
Three weeks after the operation, Rogelio loses his sight discovering that the surgery failed after some tissues connected to his eyes have been accidentally removed.
Rogelio told his son Remark to finish his high school and college and to take care of their entire family after the incident.
After graduating from high school, Remark work as houseboy to a kind-hearted family in Bacolod City who finance his study in college.
Unfortunately, Remark’s father passed away while he was still in college and was not able to see his graduation.
