Errol Spence Jr. wants Manny Pacquiao to be his Next Opponent
MANNY PACQUIAO – Filipino boxer Manny Pacquiao could fight the American boxer Errol Spence Jr. next.
Philippine Senator and professional boxing champion Manny Pacquiao have defeated numerous boxers from different countries.
All the Filipinos were so proud of the success of the inspiring boxer from Sarangani Province in Mindanao.
On the latest fight of Manny Pacquiao, he won against the American professional boxer Adrien Broner via unanimous decision.
Based on a report from Inquirer, there is a great possibility that Manny Pacquiao could fight Errol Spence next due to the unclear sign of fighting Floyd Mayweather Jr. next.
The Pinoy boxer’s fight with Spence may not be a megahit but fighting someone so much younger than him will make him a boxer that can defeat anybody.
Last Saturday in AT&T Stadium in Arlington Texas, Manny Pacquiao watch how Errol Spence defeated Mickey Garcia.
According to the report, Spence invited the Filipino boxer a fight which was immediately replied by Pacquiao saying, “Why not? We will give the fans a good fight.”
“I’m so happy to be here in Dallas and I’m hoping I will be back here soon,” he added.
Errol Spence stated that it would be his honor fighting with the boxing champion soon considering he has defeated countless boxers in his career.
“He (Pacquiao) is a legend of the sport. He’s broken records here before, it would be my honor to fight him next,” said Spence.
Based on the report, Floyd Mayweather was also there to watch the fight and he had a brief encounter with the Filipino boxing champ.
Their meeting only sparked speculations that they will be having a rematch in the future. At this point, their Mayweather and Pacquiao’s fight is the biggest thing in boxing.
