Miss Universe 2012 first runner-up Janine Tugonon was spotted with tennis superstar Venus Williams in one frame.
Janine ventured into modeling after joining her beauty pageant stints. She first joined Binibining Pilipinas back in 2011. The licensed pharmacist was hailed as first runner-up and her roommate Shamcey Supsup was the winner of the pageant that year.
Then, she joined again in 2012 and got the chance to represent the Philippines in Miss Universe pageant.
Now, she does modeling projects not only in the Philippines but also abroad. The recent one she did was with famous tennis player Venus Williams.
The Filipina beauty queen/model modeled for the William’s activewear campaign.
Janine shared a photo for the campaign with the tennis superstar. She captioned her post on Instagram with: “Got to shoot with a LEGEND @venuswilliams !! Such a memorable shoot for me, went home that day very inspired and empowered! Much love @elevenbyvenus”
Because of this, her IG followers congratulated her and some expressed happiness for the opportunity she had.
