Armies were not only fighters battling the terrorists to protect the people but also showing love and concern for their countrymen.
Another army showed an act of love, respect, and compassion for his sick countrymen needing a simple comfort.
Recently, the Facebook page “Inquirer.net” has shared the photo of a brave soldier who hugged a person diagnosed with HIV at the crowded part of Tagum City in Davao del Norte.
The soldier from the Army’s 7ID had an emotional encounter with a man wearing face cover holding a placard asking for a hug.
The man living with HIV/AIDS get a hug from soldier who embraced him without any hesitation.
