David Foster Hits Golden Buzzer For Young Pinay Singer
YOUNG PINAY – Asia’s Got Talent judge David Foster hit the Golden Buzzer for the young Pinay singer.
Judges of Asia’s Got Talent season 3 are David Foster, Anggun and Jay Park. The audition feature a Golden Buzzer and each judge have one chance to press the buzzer.
If a judge use his Golden Buzzer, the contestant will automatically advance to the semifinals of Asia’s Got Talent.
Following a previous article, Asia’s Got Talent judges were impressed by the Junior Good Vibes dance group from Sampaloc.
The Pinoy dance group show off their energetic and graceful moves in the international competition. The judges and audience members awed on their performance.
More on that, a 10-year-old Pinay also exposed her impressive vocals in the Asia’s Got Talent competition.
Based on the uploaded video on Youtube by Asia’s Got Talent account, Eleana Gabunada stated that she wanted to be a Broadway singer someday.
“I want to be a performer and a Broadway singer,” she said.
For the young girl’s performance, she sang “Don’t Rain on My Parade.” The reaction of the composer David Foster was unusual. It seemed that the young Pinay got the highest praise from the American judge.
“There’s a lot of people much older than you that could sing that song but they don’t understand the genre, they don’t know what they’re supposed to be doing,” he said.
Eventually, David just pressed the Golden Buzzer for the young girl who showed off an outstanding vocals in the competition.
“But somehow at the age 10, you understand your mission and your job. And there’s no doubt in my mind that if you want to be in Broadway one day, you will be,” said David to the Pinay.
