In every company, there are these rules and regulations that every employee should obey and follow. To show passion towards work, employees are expected to be obedient and to do their work and responsibilities excellently.

Employees should go to work on time and do their work accordingly to what their job requires. Employees are paid because of their work and they should do their work rightfully or might as well exceed it for progress and possible promotion.

And Mayor Gerard Espina of the Municipality of Naval has ordered that the municipal employees who are caught playing mobile games during working hours and are proven guilty will be terminated from their work.

The Memo from the patriarch of the Municipality of Naval states:

“It has come to my attention that a significant number of employees were reported playing mobile games (ML & PUBG) during office hours. Let it be known to all municipal employees that this act is not included in your responsibility, obligation, and duty as public servants.
Under this circumstance, I hereby order that the employees that are caught playing mobile games during office hours will be TERMINATED upon proven guilty. I hope that with this memo, suspected employees will “level up” their maturity in terms of the seriousness of public service or “squad up” to find a new place of employment.”

One comment from the Twitter of the Manila Bulletin has agreed to it and also stated, “Yan ang dapat kasi ang dami kung nakita na government employee na kahit nasa trabho laging nakahawak ng cellphone nila yon pala ay nag lalaro.”
