Makati Elevator Dropped From 52nd Floor Down to 12th Floor By Accident
MAKATI ELEVATOR – An elevator of a building in Makati accidentally dropped from the 52nd floor to the 12th floor.
Most especially in high-rise buildings now, elevators can be found so it would be easier from the people to transport from one floor to another. It is also a lot beneficial to the senior citizens and the young children.
Most buildings in Manila have this vertical transportation takes people from one floor to another conveniently. Compared to the stairs, you won’t have to spend much energy in transferring to another floor of the building.
However, like the stairs, there are also risks in taking the elevator as it can also be a target of an accident just like what happened recently in a vertical transportation in a PBCom Building.
Based on a recent report on ABS-CBN News, the Makati elevator of PBCom Building in Ayala Avenue accidentally dropped from the 52nd floor down to the 12th floor.
According to Makati City Police Rogelio Simon,
The Police Officer also expressed that the emergency brake of the elevator worked so it stopped on the 12th floor before finally dropping to the ground floor of the building.
Based on the report, the authorities are already looking into the incident. A possible cut in one of the cables of the elevator is eyed as the possible cause of the accident.
