Nonie Buencamino Compares ABS-CBN & GMA-7 Teleserye
NONIE BUENCAMINO – Actor Nonie Buencamino made an honest comparison between the tv series of the two tv networks.
Veteran actor Anthony Buencamino or better known as Nonie Buencamino is known for his theater work and his association with the Philippine New Wave Cinema.
His father is Kundiman composer named Francisco Beltran Buencamino Sr. and composer brother Nonong Buencamino.
Nonie Buencamino is the husband of the veteran actress Shamaine Buencamino, who he has four children with.
The actor has starred on countless movies and television shows. Undoubtedly, he is considered one of the famous and outstanding actors in the Philippines.
He starred on hit films including Miss Granny, Meet Me in St. Gallen,
Aside from movies, Nonie Buencamino has also associated with the two giant networks in the country which is the ABS-CBN and the GMA network.
The actor has done several teleseryes made by these two networks and spoke about their strengths in an interview.
Based on a report from PEP, Nonie Buencamino said the Kapuso network has uncommon stories and styles while the Kapamilya network was very good in utilizing their equipment, therefore, they produce very good motion pictures.

According to the report, Nonie Buencamino expressed that he feels luck to be able to work the two leading tv networks.
However, the actor said that he is neutral about the supposed war between the ABS-CBN and the GMA network.
“We don’t get involved with that because we’re just actors,” he pointed out.” We’re just getting paid for our work, di ba?”
