The inquisitor stated that the 2 students along with their Grade 8 classmates named Kaycee Galla, Daniella Suriaga, Sandra Sorita, and Nicole Nara went to the house of Espirito at around 2 in the afternoon last February 5 to make their school project.

Around 2:45 one of the victim Judy Espiritu encouraged her classmates to go swimming on the nearby river. All of them were swimming in the less deep portion of the river along with the two victims.
