Video of Hard-Working Volunteer Cleaning Manila Bay Alone Earns Praises From Netizens
A hard-working volunteer cleans the Manila Bay alone after the rehabilitation program removing the remaining waste and garbage in the area.
Last weekend, thousands of Filipino volunteers unite as one in cleaning the Manila Bay, which is considered as one of the dirtiest bays in the country.
The volunteers successfully clean the polluted bay filled with disgusting garbage with stinky odor that could cause a negative impact on the body’s health.
The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) also ensured the people that they will pursue similar activities for the upcoming weeks.
Recently, the Facebook page “Lorenz Tanjoco – Ronda Pilipinas RP1” has shared the video footage of hard-working man cleaning the Manila Bay alone.
In the video, it can be seen that the volunteer was clearing the area from remaining garbage.
The volunteer identified as Christopher Abria was patiently picking up garbage and dirt from the newly-cleaned bay aiming to maintain the cleanliness in the area.
Abria aims to let foreign nationals see the cleanliness of the Philippines in line with Duterte Administration’s goal to clean the Manila Bay.
