Man Gets Fired From San Miguel Company for Imitating Cesar Montano’s Viral Video
MAN FIRED – An employee from San Miguel Brewery company got fired for imitating Cesar Montano’s viral video inside the workplace.
Workers are advised to follow policies and regulations in their company from time to time. They establish a business in a decent way and it is for us to respect and obey the given rules.
It is so important for us to follow the rules to stay in the company in a long time.
Companies gave their employees a set of basic rules to follow such as keeping the company business in-house and being professional at all times.
However, some employees break the rules or do some morally bad doings inside the establishment. Ethics should always be observed in the workplace.
Meanwhile, a man asked for help on public service program “Bitag” of Ben Tulfo. The man was requesting to have his last pay from the company he previously worked for.
On the video, the man told Tulfo that he was fired from San Miguel Brewery Company because he imitate the viral video of the actor Cesar Montano.
On Cesar Montano’s controversial video, it can be seen that there was a naked woman moving behind him while he was greeting his friend.
The man stated that he and his fellow worker impersonate Montano and the woman inside the comfort room in the workplace. Both of them were immediately fired from the job for being immoral and indecency.
Instead of getting help from Ben Tulfo, all he got was scold and lecture regarding his wrong doing on the company.
“Hindi kayo pwedeng gumawa ng video na scandalous at kinahihiya yung companya,” said Tulfo.
