Filipino Boxing Icon Manny Pacquiao Releases Blessing To Eldest Son “Jimuel” To Enter The Field
The Pinoy boxing icon Manny Pacquiao has finally released blessings to his eldest son Emmanuel “Jimuel” Pacquiao Jr. to pursue boxing.
Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao indeed is one of the greatest boxers not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world.
Pacman upsets some of the greatest boxers in the world and earned numerous awards and title because of his incredible boxing skills.
The 40-year-old boxer doesn’t allow his children to follow his steps because he knows how difficult it is to pursue boxing.
Pacquiao initially forbids and discouraged his eldest son Jimuel to pursue boxing after showing interest into the sport.
The Filipino boxing champion revealed that Jimuel is so reluctant who frequently watching his dad’s fight on his mobile phone.
“Actually, dino-discourage ko sila pagdating sa boxing… ‘yung mga anak ko. Pero ‘di ko maiwasan, eh. Nahuhuli ko palagi na lagi siyang nanonood ng mga fights ko sa kanyang cellphone. Dina-download niya ang mga fights ko,” Pacquiao said.
Eventually, Manny finally released his blessing to Jimuel to pursue his boxing career because of his passion into the field.
“Gusto niya. Nagpaalam siya sa akin kung puwede lumaban. Sabi ko, ‘Alam mo, ayaw ko sana. Pero kung gusto mo maranasan, sige. Gusto mo talaga maranasan ‘yan,” Pacquiao added.
