Contractor Runs Off With P700k Cash for the House Construction of their Client
A disappointed couple has expressed the disappointment towards the contractor who runs off their P700,000 cash for the construction of their house.
A military couple has filed their complaint against Engineer Ryan Yulo of GEO Custom Build Corporation who suddenly gone missing in action after receiving the P700,000 without completing the construction.
The husband who is a Major in military said that the construction started last December 2017 with satisfying progress for the first few months.
Unfortunately, the house construction suddenly stopped and Engineer Ryan Yulo suddenly gone after receiving the payment.
The contractor was only able to build the columns and the walls of the house before leaving the construction site.
The couple expressed their disappointment since the money they paid to the suspect came from their loan, which is to be deduct from their monthly salary.
The arrest warrant for Engineer Ryan Yulo and his wife Baylin Yulo together with Joseph Aguilar, Francis Julius Avena and Mary Grace Panguito have already released.
