Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray impressed DJ/Rapper Sway Calloway when she did this particular thing during a radio interview.
As part of the recently-crowned Miss Universe’s media week in New York, she was invited to be the guest of Sway on Sway’s Universe radio program.
The said media week was full of interviews on various TV shows and media outlets.
Despite the hectic schedule, Catriona Gray managed to be on the top of the game as she answered funny and serious questions.
One of the interviews she had was with Sway Calloway.
The Filipina beauty queen, as usual, proudly shared the culture of the Filipinos.
Aside from that, she also shared things about her charitable endeavors, specifically the Young Focus Philippines and her campaign about AIDS/HIV awareness.
Of course, there was also a part of the interview where in she shared her personal lives and her other passions.
When asked about her love for music, Catriona Gray shared the story about her first original cover for Young Focus.
The title of the song is We’re In This Together and it is about unity amid difficulties.
She released the song days before she flew to Thailand for the international pageant.
The song landed on iTunes Philippines’ number 1 spot.
During the interview with DJ Sway Calloway, Catriona Gray was asked to sing the said song.
However, there was a challenge. She will do the hip-hop version of the song, on the spot.
The Filipina beauty queen did the challenge with flying colors.
