How to get there?
From Bacolod City / Manila
If you are from Bacolod City, you can reach the island of Cebu via plane travel or bus ride and roro trip. If you wish to go with the first option, you can book a direct flight going to Cebu.
Meanwhile, if you wish to go with the second travel scheme, ride a bus bound for San Carlos City at the Ceres Bus North Terminal. Notify the driver to drop you off at the port and then from there, take a roro trip going to Toledo Port in Cebu.
If you are coming from Manila, the fastest way to reach Cebu is through a direct flight from Manila to the island.
