DepEd Classes To Officially Resume Tomorrow (January 3, 2019)
DEPED CLASSES – The classes in the schools under the Department of Education is set to resume tomorrow, January 3, 2019.
For the school year 2018-2019, the Department of Education has previously made some changes on the DepEd Christmas break of the students.
Instead of having it officially start on December 22, 2018, it was moved by the department on December 15, 2018.
The purpose of DepEd is to give more time for the students to be with their families and enhance their emotional bond with them.
Now that the holiday season is over, many teachers and students are surely preparing for their resumption of the classes.
Based on a recent social media post of Philippine Star, the DepEd classes will resume tomorrow, January 3, 2019. It is applicable to both elementary and secondary schools under the department.
Based on the post, with regards to the private schools, the discretion on the resumption of classes depends on the school administrators.
