TAWAG NG TANGHALAN – The Tawag ng Tanghalan December 28 winner is Sarrah Mae Paner, a new defending champion from Luzon.
The daily contenders for today, December 28, were:
- Chel Paje (Metro Manila)
- Sarrah Mae Paner (Luzon)
- Arvel Mae Felisilda (Visayas)
Performing their best during the first round, only one stood out garnering the highest score of 91.4% and that is Sarrah Mae Paner from Luzon and she will be facing the five-time defending champion and now a semi-finalist John Michael Dela Cerna.
During the Tapatan, the final round, the daily contender performed (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman and the defending champion sang Kahit Kailan. But the daily winner was hailed as the new defending champion.

- OVERALL PERFORMANCE – 50%
The judges for today, December 27 are K Brosas, Kyla, Jed Madela, Jaya, and “Punong Hurado” Rey Valera.
Tawag Ng Tanghalan is aired in the noontime show Its Showtime which is now on its third year and a singing competition for the amateur singers. The known champions from TNT were Noven Belleza, Jhon Clyd Talili, and Janine Berdin for the first year, kids edition, and second year respectively.
